I have been to Proietti's several times with my bowling league and I'm the only one who is gluten free and they make me a seperate meal so I can enjoy my meal. I have been there with friends and they will make my dinner gluten free. I can't see if there is any measures taken to prevent cross contact but I don't have any reaction to the food that I have been served. I have had chicken french with pasta and it was delicious. No problems with the service. Very enjoyable place to eat.
Not a gluten free kitchen but staff was knowledgeable as far as gf options. the breading they use for the Chicken French is corn meal based. I had that and gluten free pasta with marinara sauce as the side. A small dish of sauteed zucchini with marinara sauce is served with all meals. I was happy to enjoy that while the rest of our party had bread (not gf).
