Review of Project Pie

I was diagnosed 3 months ago with Celiac Disease. I've eaten here about 3 times since without issue, although my Celiac symptoms are on the low-end of the scale, so take my review with a grain of salt. I have no clue if cross contamination is an issue here, because I don't get symptoms at places that don't have good cross-contamination practices.
