Amazing and delish. Yes you must tell the manager about severe gluten allergy. And ensure that they make it gluten free and safe. They have a dedicated fryer. We always just get loaded tots or loaded papas. Please emphasize gluten free and gluten allergy to them like your life depends on it as it does. Make sure they change their gloves and use clean workspace and fryer. We go there about once a Lamont and never got sick. Really worth a try.

At the time of writing this they have two gluten free options, the Original Project and their popcorn chicken. Everything at the establishment is vegan based. While I’m not celiac, I am highly intolerant to gluten. Eat at your own discretion. They bread their gluten free popcorn chicken and Original Project sandwich on the spot when ordered, so a heads up for those who wonder why the kitchen is taking quite some time. It was worth the wait for me as being able to eat “fried chicken” that’s gluten free is a great feeling. I could cry.

100% vegan and so many yummy gluten free options!!! This place just opened and my mother in law told me to try it. Came in for the soft opening and got a free meal. They were all so helpful and almost all the menu can be made gluten free! So tasty and definitely recommend for celiac. Dedicated frier and they’re all so careful!
