Had the Proof-tine as an appetizer. It’s noted as gluten free and made in a gluten free fryer. Most items are noted as gluten free on the menu. Waiter was helpful and reassuring. Everything we had was amazing. Even had Lakefront gluten free beer.

Lots of gluten free entrees and small plates, unique dishes, great flavor, dedicated fryer. Most of their menu is gluten free! Great salad bar, too.
