They have a few items marked as GF (omelettes) and have GF toast available. I would not go out of my way to come here but convenient and safe if you're staying at the Marriott.

Not much choice here for gluten free.

I’ve had both breakfast and dinner here with good results. They do have gluten-free bread for both breakfast and dinner if that’s part of your entrée. Great service and a little pricey.

The staff was very nice, and they had lots of fruit, bacon, and eggs, but no gluten free carb alternative
Decent number of dinner menu options that are GF. Several are even labeled on the menu; however, they may be cooked in non-GF areas of the kitchen (multi-use and non-dedicated fryer). That being said, when I told my server that I was gluten-sensitive, he was able to tell me which items were “safe” and took additional steps to inform the kitchen of my dietary needs, which I sincerely appreciated. Food and wine were delicious.

The restaurant in this hotel is called Proofreader. It does not feel like a hotel lobby restaurant at all. Menu items are clearly marked and many different GF options. I had cauliflower starter, warm nuts, and chicken salad w/ anchovies.
