My husband emailed the restaurant ahead of our trip and got a quick reply from the owner. She assured him that care would be taken and my food would be safe. The night of our visit, she came out to talk to us when she saw the ticket with “celiac” come to the kitchen. It was clear that she and her staff were knowledgeable about gluten and cross contact. I had an amazing meal and didn’t get sick. I look forward to many more visits!
