Waitress was very knowledgeable and checked several items (meatballs were not GF, Cesar salad dressing was). The GF pizza was good, and the restaurant was super cute. Great meal!

Their gluten-free crust was amazing. They took lots of extra noticeable steps. Even placing the gluten-free pizza on the top shelf at the table to prevent falling crumbs. The North face pizza was incredible.

They seemed knowledgeable. I asked if the cider was bottled or on tap - waiter said on tap but gluten free, because tap had never been used for beer. Pizza was really good! I felt fine afterwards, and the thin crust was standard but better than I expected. Would’ve been even better if the toppings were listed as gluten free or not. I just went with what seemed safe (Boreal pizza)

Decent pizza with the standard GF crust. I asked for special precautions based on other reviews. Didn’t get sick.

Some confusion on ordering gluten free but after speaking with the kitchen manager they made a gluten free pizza that was very good. They do have a separate area to prepare their pizza.

All pizzas offered are available gluten free due to the gluten free crust. Crust was average for gluten free. Red sauce and toppings were very good. Would recommend to celiacs.

They use separate ovens, take the necessary precautions. I ate here twice while visiting Denali and felt safe about it.

Delicious, perfect crust. Be prepared to wait for a table.
Great GF pizza crust! No GF beer but 2 good ciders and a wine list.
Oh, my GAWD! These folks make a GF pizza that is just great pizza! Best crust I've ever had. I usually prefer a thick crust, but that does not exist in GF world. It's okay. Prospector's has a wonderful crust anyway. And the selection of specials and toppings cannot be beat! Yes, you can have elk or reindeer on your pizza. It's Alaska. Plus, you can get vegetarian cheeses, GF adult beverages. It was so good, I ate there for dinner one night (Muenster Mash - Red Sauce, Applewood Smoked Bacon, Italian Sausage, Mozzarella and Muenster Cheese, Chili Infused Honey Drizzle), and ate there for lunch the next day. I just had to have more before I left Denali. I loved the salad I had, too, made from lettuce grown locally. They have a pineapple cider, very hard not to drink several. They do have a disclaimer that although they have a completely separate area and separate ingredients for preparation, cross contamination can occur. But I had no problem. Here's the best part, they do not charge extra for Gluten Free! How can I get back up to Alaska for pizza?
Yes
GF crust is very cracker- like. Thin and crunchy. Available with any toppings. Also has salads. Had a good creme brûlée too!!!

Prospector's Pizza offers a 13" gluten-free pizza with many topping choices. The waitress, who also has Celiac Disease, assured me that my pizza is cooked in a separate oven and the kitchen staff takes extra precaution to prevent cross-contamination. My pizza with reindeer sausage & pepperoni was very tasty, and I did not get glutened afterwards.

Are here twice whilst in Denali National Park. Have gluten free dough and a wide variety of different pizzas. Never had any problems!
