Review of Prost Wine Bar & Charcuterie

After a very bad experience up the street at the brewery, this restaurant saved the day! They said"anything can be made gluten free" and they didn't disappoint! I got the classic panini and it was the BEST SANDWICH I have had since being diagnosed celiac! I am going back for another before we leave because we live 6 hours away and I will miss that sandwich. Thanks Prost!!!
