I love pfk. but they released a new menu this month and they are no longer 100% gluten free. they still have a lot of gf options, just be sure to check the menu

What a huge blessing to have a restaurant in DFW that is completely GF!! So aw some not to have to prepare and bring our Celiac son's food out with us. The turkey wraps were the best we've ever had, pancakes were awesome, salad and tacos were great! Such a cool atmosphere and great service!

Entire menu is gluten free, with lots of vegan and vegetarian options. They do customized meal prep, and have a full menu for dine in or take out. Calories, protein, fat and carbs listed for every dish. Amazing.
