Prova California Table

While the website says the menu clearly lists gluten-free items, this is not the case. Our waiter was very knowledgeable and steered us clear of items that contained gluten or could have cross-contamination. Their recent menu update didn’t leave many options. Worst of all, the dessert was gluten-free – except for the Oreo cookie that had been crumbled on top even though the waiter said he would make sure it was gluten-free. We noticed before eating it and ordered a replacement, but it left us concerned about the other dishes we had already eaten.

Didn’t have a GF menu but friendly staff (Nate) was extremely knowledgeable and willing to adapt menu items to be GF. Fabulous food and great service. They made an eggs Benedict without the English muffins - fabulous. Will definitely be back.

We had a delicious selection of tapas at Prova. The waiter was extremely careful of noting my extreme sensitivity to gluten cross contamination and comunicated well with the chef to make recommendations on what would be safe for me or could be modified to be gluten free. I have CD and I will be going back to this wonderfully accommodating restuarant. Thank you Prova for meeting our needs. We had the green beans dish, the brussel sprouts, salmon taco's, watermelon salad and hanger stack. All prepared with great attention to the flavor and spice combinations.
