The best Neopolitan style GF pizza anywhere (well, I’ve never been to Naples but...). Just as the owner did at his former Prova Pizza (closed) the ingredients are fresh and there is a separate dedicated wood fired stone oven. It’s truly a great pizza.

The absolute closest match to regular pizza crust we have found so far! This pizza is amazing!!!! Thin crust, with a little bit of chewy, just like regular dough, and the fresh ingredients make it taste soooo good. The dough is made fresh (not like the “perfect” circle prepacked ones at some places) and they take special care in handling for people with celiac. We will pay top dollar to have it delivered to north Hollywood because is THAT good!
