I love this restaurant and ate there prior to becoming strictly no gluten due to intolerance. I would like to see items or options for GF to be included on the menu. I had to ask what was possible. I ended up getting a burger on a gluten free bun which was fabulous and had rhe jalapeño popper substituted with fresh jalapeño. I didn't ask if the pizza had a GF crust option. Food was good and our server was knowledgeable about what was free of gluten and even knew the fries contained trace amounts. If I had severe celiac though I would probably not be completely confident in cross contamination or trace items.

The staff was accommodating in an effort to find GF items in the menu. However, it was difficult to locate as the menu did not specify what was/wasn’t. I ordered a couple of appetizers, one being the steak bites after being advised of what was GF. The bites clearly had soy sauce/tamari/amino acids of some sort. I asked to confirm with the kitchen it was a GF version of soy. They looked at the ingredients and said there was no soy in the recipe, that the flavor was fish sauce I was tasting. Those are two very distinct different flavors (and I absolutely hate fish sauce). At that point, I stopped eating/ordering any more food as it was clear they weren’t sure of what ingredients were in their marinade. I can’t stress enough how kind they were and gave a genuine effort to be helpful, there just wasn’t any education on GF as a whole.

Easily asked for what was gluten free and the waittress was great to explain every item on the menu. Fries are not in a dedicated fryer so if you can tolerate a little then go for it.. Had the wings and steak frites , husband had the burger
