Psistaria Greek Taverna

Absolutely fantastic food, but verify ingredients with your server. Avgolemono is delicious, authentic, and GF; but the dolmades are NOT gluten free despite being marked on the menu. Our server caught this on our second visit the next day, and verified with the chef that there are bread crumbs. Heck!

That said, the tzatziki is thick and flavorful, the souvla has that tiny hint of sweet that makes you smile, and after a small hitch, this is a new fave. Beware the ground meats, phyllo (and pita), but eat everything else that you can get them to give you.

They have some of the best Greek food that I have ever had. Most of their menu is labeled gluten free! The wait staff is very kind and helpful.
