I love Pub by Novo, it’s a great place to meet with friends. I’ve had the burger, tacos, & my absolute favorite is the salmon served on veggies with corn salsa. So good. I’ve only had one time when it wasn’t completely awesome, but I’ve never been glutened. Servers are always nice & very accommodating. Love to eat on the patio in good weather, or sit around the beautiful fire pit. Great place.

This place is owned by the same people who brought us Burger and Bowl and Novo Dulce. They have a new, separate, gluten free menu. Be warned: they have listed fried foods on this menu. They warn that these foods will contain trace amounts of gluten, which means no dedicated fryer. The server did tell me that they prepare gluten free dishes on a fresh clean tray that keeps the contamination to a minimum. I had the stuffed mushrooms and shrimp tacos. They were both delicious. I also had a Moscow mule, and the bartender nailed it. I didn't have a reaction to anything, and I'm very sensitive to gluten. I'm excited to come back and try the burgers with a GF bun.
