Fabulous food without the worry! I was so impressed with their knowledge and patience when I asked questions about food and preparation.

The GF bun I had with my pulled pork sandwich was delicious and I must say, it was so good I was a bit dubious if it really was gluten-free. The home made fries and potato chips are made in a dedicated fryer. They even have gluten-free mac-n-cheese and always try to have a gluten-free option on the dessert menu.

Thank you! Thank you! I rarely eat out and what a pleasure this was. My only suggestion would be having something printed on the menu or a hand out for gluten-free customers answering all those questions they invariably get asked such as, "Our fries are cooked in a dedicated fryer", "We take your gluten concerns seriously and take all the precautions we can" and go on to list things like that and what they do or don't do for gluten-free customers.

I wish I lived closer to be able to enjoy worry free dining out more.
