Wonderful rices and paella here. We brought our Spanish celiac card to share with our server and she was very helpful and familiar with finding celiac friendly options. They had several salad, and main entree selections we could eat. They even brought out some gluten free bread in a sealed plastic bag to show it was gluten free. They were exceptionally friendly to us Americans who felt incredibly under dressed.
