Mexican restaurant near the Blue Ridge Parkway. They don’t have a gluten free menu, and GF is also not marked on the menu. However, the staff was very accommodating. They suggested various options, ensured the kitchen took precautions, and substituted various things (eg corn tortillas). No dedicated fryer.
