Holy shit their gelato is top tier!
Staff are knowledgeable on which varieties had gluten, but I have ~12 GF to choose from. Have GF cones, but they aren’t great tbh.
Highly recommend the vanilla saffron 🤌🏽

Gluten free cones are available and are individually wrapped and kept separately to gluten cones to avoid contamination. Most of the gelato flavours are gluten free - I tried the orange, lemon, and hibiscus flavours and they were all amazing!! Returned multiple times during my time in Split :)

Most gelato Gluten free and they even had a gluten free waffle cone. No issues post eating . Have been back a couple times during our stay.
