I travel with a Restraunt card in Spanish and English explaining Celiac. Our waiter did not seem knowledgeable. However, I was able to order traditional Ceviche. It was delicious!! I did not get sick.

This is a seafood restaurant with many local dishes. If you want authentic Peruvian seafood, this place has amazing customer service. He said just pick on the menu and we'll tell you if it is gf or we can modify it for you. I ordered ceviche con mariscos, arroz con mariscos, causa con langostinos and to drink chicha morada. They made my food special to order and knew exactly what gluten is. They even told me the arroz con mariscos normally has gluten, but they made it differently without that ingredient. I am a sensitive celiac and felt great. Two days later, still feel great. Excellent ambiance and delicious food.
