Review of Pupuseria Los Dubon

This Salvadorian gem makes all papusas from scratch, as they are ordered. Almost everything on the menu is naturally gf, made with corn flour. Items, except the cabbage, are not spicy, but fresh salsa with some heat is provided. Be sure to get an order of the fried plantains for the table! There is always a wide variety of fresh juices ( guava, passion fruit etc) as well. This is not fine dinning, but it is exceptional and authentic.
