Unknown. Did receive items in my food that I asked to have omitted.

They will tell you what can be made gluten free if you ask. They have salads, teff wraps and desserts but beyond that, you’ll need to ask for info. They said they had gf bread, only after I asked.

Very concerned that ingredients (in this case, bell peppers) were found throughout my salad in spite of being assured there would be none. I hope they were more careful about leaving out the gluten ingredients.

Many gluten free and vegan options! A healthy dining option! Beautifully decorated for a special dining experience!

When this first place opened, i loved it and went to it regularly. I never got sick. But I've gone here yesterday and the year before and i got really sick both times. I don't know if they've changed processes or what, but i don't trust this place anymore.

Plenty of gluten free options including a delicious breakfast wrap!

Super yummy! The flourless cake was amazing!! Lots of choices and doesn't cost more for GF than the regular items.

My husband and I split the roasted chicken salad on a spelt wrap and it was delicious. The desserts are numerous. We took home 2 brownies and 2 chocolate peanut butter cupcakes!!!! Also have smoothies and juices.

Delicious!! Lots of gluten free options. GF desserts, scones, muffins, wraps. I had carrot ginger peanut soup and my husband had a chicken salad wrap and a choc rasberrry cake. Easy access off of Route 81. Friendly staff. Charming and welcoming decor.

They have the best food and tons of allergy friendly foods! Cupcakes are wonderful!

I love going here for breakfast; they have lots of delicious GF options including buckwheat pancakes and quinoa. They also always have a variety of cakes, cookies, etc. If you let them know that you have Celiac Disease or an allergy, they will accommodate you.

Found out after eating here and getting sick that they do not have a dedicated allergen station. Cross contamination occurs when they use the same plastic gloves that they use when they prepare gluten items.

Gluten free, vegan, raw cheesecake! A different flavor daily! Gf cake, cupcakes, salads, and more! So very decadent! Many gluten free options, all very healthy. A gem in such a quaint town!
