Pure Burger

Food seems to be high quality, but after testing a plain burger on a gluten free bun in the nima for my celiac son- came up gluten found..

So super good. With being newly diagnosed with celiac's i thought finding a burger place was going to be impossible. Not here. Super delicious and juicy. A bit pricey but...

Knowledgeable staff and comprehensive allergen control. GF bun and patty tested negative with my Nima tester. Four stars instead of five because the burger and fries weren't the best I've tasted, but were still great as GF options.

Their food is fantastic. The menu designates gf items. They have gf buns and fries

I have Celiac and this is my favorite burger spot in San Diego. They have a dedicated fryer so bring your appetite on frys. Burgers are great on their gluten free bun. Make sure you mention to change gloves and they are happy to accommodate. I always tip well as I know it's a little extra work.

I drive 20 min out of my way to go here.

Shakes are yummy but remember to say no cookie!!

Wow! Not only is the burger fresh but they have a separate station for gluten free and make it a point to show you on their menu.

Today was my second trip to this great burger place. I haven't been in a burger place since I was diagnosed with celiac 13 years ago. I love Pure Burger. Both times the staff has been very helpful and the food is excellent.

Ate here today and now I'm having symptoms. I was very clear about my allergies and asked what the procedures were for making sure there was no cc. She brushed me off saying they can use a fresh wax paper. and my burger came on the same tray is my friends, not touching but still on the same tray, so I didn't know if they might have been touching. I shouldn't have eaten it but I was hoping it'd be alright, because if the reputation. Maybe it's a fluke, burger was really good so I might try again, and be more clear.

I have now eaten there twice with no reactions! They clearly mark what is gluten free and the food is absolutely delicious and fresh!

So delicious. Grass fed beef. All menu items are clearly marked. Dedicated frier. Yummy fries. There are gluten containing shake mix ins (Oreos for ex) so when I ordered a shake I made sure to tell them to clean the shake mixer of any gluten ingredients. I don't know how careful they are if you don't ask. I'm not going to check the Celiac Friendly box till we've eaten there at least a couple of times without a reaction.

everything that is gluten free is easily noted on menu. they even have gluten free buns! great tasting.

Great burgers and the gf buns are awesome. They grill the burgers and gluten buns on the same equipment so if you are sensitive you should ask them to clean it for you. Tillamook ice cream and shakes are gf too. Fries in dedicated fryer. Right across the street from Trader Joe.
