We had a great experience. Waiter advised the gf flatbreads are cooked on a shared surface so to avoid those, but there were many other choices. Mozzarella sticks were amazing.

This restaurant was such a happy surprise! I am a very sensitive celiac so eating out is always iffy. Our waiter was super knowledgeable and assured us they would take precautions and let the kitchen know of my needs. We got the Buffalo Cauliflower, Pure Thai bowl, and Flat out Delicious. Everything was amazing!

Delicious gluten free dinner, including appetizer, entree and bread pudding for dessert! All clearly marked on the menu, including which items were automatically gluten free and which could be made gluten free with alterations.

This is the only place in town I feel very safe eating at. They are very good with celiac safe options and will make every accommodation. I love the menu and I love that staff. 10/10 recommended.

GF marked. CleArly on menu and most items are GF. Including 3 desserts. We tried the ice. Cream sandwich and flourless chocolate torte. Both excellent. They were out of GF cheesecake. Also vegan and vegetarian marked. I had a bowl with rice noodles and lots of veggies and peanut sauce. I added steak for protein optiom but it was too highly spiced for me. They replaced with chicken at no extra cost. My favorite restaurant on this 6 day road trip in Colorado!

5% to-go fee added (ordered online), and it was only apparent AFTER ordering when viewing my email recipient. If I’m tipping, and they are not paying for the labor of clearing the table, cleaning dishes, etc, there should be no extra fees. They must know that, which is why they hide it until after you order. That, on top of 5 small (3 bite) mozzarella sticks for $15. It may be gf, but it’s not worth it.

The menu was clearly marked and there were lots of safe options! Most everything was (or could be made) GF. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful.
We ordered brussel sprouts and spring rolls for apps, and I got the summit stir fry bowl. Everything was super flavorful and satisfying! Afterwards we got the chocolate cake (GF and also vegan), which ended up being more dense like a brownie, but was still pretty good. We will definitely be back!
I did not react to eating here.

This restaurant has so many great GF options. Both me (GF) and my daughter (celiac) felt perfect safe eating here. Plus the choices were amazing. I had GF “fried” chicken and biscuits that were truly phenomenal tasting. Even the 3 people in our party who aren’t GF ate really well. It’s nice eating out somewhere that “sees” people who eat GF and want to provide a good meal for everyone. Highly recommend.

This restaurant is GF heaven! Almost every menu item is either already GF or can be made GF. The mozzarella sticks were to die for, and I could’ve eaten 20 of them! The GF biscuits were also amazing. We also got the flourless chocolate cake which tasted like a mix of a brownie and a cake. Overall, it was so nice to eat at a place that didn’t make me feel like I was missing out. Would happy go back any time I’m nearby!

This place is fabulous! Almost the entire menu is GF and the food is delicious! I had the Southwest bowl along with the spring rolls appetizer but had a hard time choosing since there were so many options available. Don’t miss this restaurant if you are looking for a great GF experience. Truly among the best and as you may see from my reviews, I’ve been to a lot of places!

I wanted to like this place based on the menu but I got a bit of cross-contamination (despite telling waiter I am celiac). I had the zoodle bowl with salmon and it was just ok. Not only did I have an upset stomach but the bowl was completely unseasoned and the preserved lemon was overpowering. My family had other non-GF things and they agreed the food was ok but definitely not worth the price. We won’t return.

Wow!!! So delicious. Lots of great options. We ordered online for takeout-even their online ordering system allowed you to mark gluten allergy for the specific meals needed. When we picked up our food and confirmed the two meals for our celiac children were indeed gluten free, staff was kind and helpful. It was apparent they pay attention to the notes on the ordering system. DELICIOUS mozzarella sticks. Both my celiac children tried the pizza/flatbread with cauliflower crust and they couldn’t gobble it up fast enough. Normally they don’t enjoy cauliflower crusts-these were so good!

A must-visit for those of us with celiacs! Its been a loooong time since I’ve had mozerella sticks! For the entree, we had the fried chicken and biscuits which were outstanding, followed by an ice cream sandwich for dessert - the cookies were too hard to eat it as a sandwich, and the ice cream was old, so maybe skip this. 4.5/5 overall!

Came here based on reviews. Waiter told me that kitchen is not celiac safe, there is no dedicated fryer, and if my family ate here we would be taking a big risk. He said there is no dedicated space in the kitchen and there is flour and gluten everywhere.

Mozz sticks were excellent and tested gluten free, and so did ice cream sandwich, but carne asada and corn tortillas tested positive for gluten.
Other dishes non celiacs had were excellent including ahi tacos, lamb burger, and the curry veggies and chicken.
Very disappointed as this would be a great regular stopping point in the mountains for us if we could trust it.

I have celiac, so was worried about cross contamination. Almost all their food is already GF, and my (very knowledgeable) waiter told me they only put GF items in the fryer.

I’ve stopped here a few times as we were driving through to or from the mountains and it’s always been a good experience. There are so many yummy safe things that I want to try that I’ve honestly gotten both a meal there to eat then and a meal to go for later if we’re traveling! Staff is kind and knows what’s up.

I think I made my last visit here today …. I had 2 orders of mozzarella cheese sticks for my husband and I to share. I have had them several times here before during mountain visits - not only have they gotten crazy expensive, $12 for an order of 5 sticks —- plus a 5 1/2% “living wage fee” plus tip …. So 10 cheese sticks for $33…. And they were not fully cooked and were overly greasy…. Then an hour later I felt glutinated …so I think their fryer was cross contaminated … last time I came here for my birthday back in August and the Weber was rude … and I had driven 2 hours to pick up my birthday lunch here …. Sigh… I know it’s expensive to eat out in Summit County - but I don’t need to pay a bunch of money and then get sick ….

Beware of the Falafel plate! I had a hard time writing this review but I need to warn others. I have eaten here several times and always had a great experience but tonight we picked up dinner and it was almost a disaster. Before we ordered we said SEVERAL times “Gluten Free - Celiac Disease.” They were out of the amazing mozzarella sticks so the waitress on the phone recommended the Falafel plate. When I picked up the food I again confirmed everything was gluten free. I get home and open the box and there is naan bread in with the falafels. I didn’t feel right about it so I called the restaurant and it takes several minutes for the guy to say it is not gluten free... he didn’t seem to understand that I could just eat around the bread. Don’t order the falafel plate.
