Review of Pure Sushi Colony

I was excited for gluten free sushi with modifiable rolls and a dedicated fryer, however, the kitchen is far from celiac friendly. My rolls were sent back twice due to errors & then, as I was almost finished eating, the server realized my sauce was not gluten free. I won’t be returning, unfortunately.
