Review of Pure Sushi Colony

The sushi wasn't the freshest, my yellowtail tasted literally like canned tuna which I have never experienced in a sushi house in my life and wasn't spicy as the name suggests- the cucumber was almost translucent so maybe old? Does a Togo order mean lesser quality? I was sick that night and very confused to how. The chicken teriyaki gf was good but I don't know if it was 100% gluten free because I shouldn't have felt so full after eating some veggies rice and chicken/they claimed the sauce was gf and I was cautious not to eat too much...but it wasn't labeled anywhere as officially gf on the to go box which would've made me see their concern for cross contamination.
