Incredible food. Went there for lunch. The waiter was attentive to our allergy. Fries are prepared in a separate fryer and can be gf.

Amazing food, sizzling sizig was mouthwatering good, as was the garlic rice. Had the Brussels sprouts appetizer which was also delicious! Great place, highly recommended

Love Purple Patch! I’m a bit of a wimp with spicy food, which limits me to fewer dishes, but the ones I’ve had have been delicious and haven’t gotten me sick. Staff have been consistently helpful and gracious about keeping me safe.

Be aware that the fryers are not gf, and double check that nothing in your dish is fried. Servers thinking that their fried stuff is still gluten free (and the menu suggesting as such) is my one pet peeve at this restaurant

Gluten free, Filipino food! I am over the moon when we found out about this place in DC. Always on my list when we are in town. Great food too! Had me some grilled ribeye skewers, garlic rice, longsilog, lechon kawali without the sauce…. Salamat po 😊

My wife has celiac and they have many options and are very knowledgeable. I often have more anxiety about new places than she does. Just moving to DC and this will become a regular spot!

Waiter walked us through the menu and took great care to ensure there was no cross contamination. The Sizzling Sisig was awesome. Definitely a place to return to.

One of my favorite spots in DC. I can’t eat dairy, gluten, or tomatoes, and staff were very knowledgeable and accommodating. Never seemed put out or rude, and the food is delicious. Have eaten here at least four times and never got sick once.

My only warning is one time a server brought or regular soy sauce, but I had the good sense to ask before I tried it. Otherwise they have been awesome.

Dedicated fryer and separate prep space with knowledgeable staff. The owner’s son has allergies so they are mindful of dietary needs. Happy hour is decent for DC but nothing to write home about.

The food is delicious and comparatively inexpensive. The menu is clearly labeled, and there are a ton of gluten free menu items. NOT handicap accessible (a few steps down to get in and all tables downstairs are high tops), but still a great find.
