Been around since the co-op was actually just a purple porch. Lots of options for GF, vegan, vegetarian, you name it. (Honestly, the “normal” stuff is much harder to find.) Their salad bar is fantastic, you can choose your own portions and there’s lots of variety. The salad bar (pre-pandemic) was self-serve, so bear in mind the risks with that. However, they did a good job having the gf “units” (muffin, cookie, burrito, etc.) wrapped up and/or in separate areas and strategically placed self serve containers. The PPC has also catered for weddings and other large events. I haven’t spent time in the kitchen so I don’t know the specifics, but I’ve known folks who run it for years. I can assure you they will do everything they can if you ask, nicely of course!

Great taco bar. Everything was clearly labeled. They even brought out fresh carrot cake for dessert. Yummy!
Note: The taco/salad bar was pay by the pound. They also had soup, some baked goods, and a some groceries.
