Review of PZA

The chef was so nice! He explained that the procedure is to change the gloves etc. He said the pizza I ordered is gluten free but of course, there is the small chance of cross contamination. He said he would make sure I was taken care of. So nice to find somewhere at an airport for a hot meal!
