Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. I ordered the wide noodles with chicken and it didn’t look great (kinda pale and mushy) but tastes great. This was the only GF noodle option, but they told me anything on the menu could be made GF except for the dumplings, pancakes, and most noodles (except the ones I got obviously)
