Wonderful place. Things are marked GF so you know what is gluten free, unless it is naturally gf. Will definitely come here again.

fresh ingredients however during the Sunday brunch, all I could eat was fruit and salad. the baked goods looked awesome but couldn't eat them as they were full of gluten. The staff didn't seem to know what was actually gluten free if it didn't have a sign such as the corn. the meat looked great but nothing labeled gf and staff didn't seem to know.

The healthiest buffet I've ever been to! Huge salad bar, tiny entree bar- and I'd say 45% of it is clearly labeled as gluten free. Went Monday. So that menu. It all tastes good. Didn't try the soups as they didn't sound that great. Fruit is very delicious. Salad is extremely fresh. Overall I'd say it's a great buffet if your on a diet and need to stay away from the super rich desserts and carb laden entrees.

I was so excited to try this. Everything was clearly marked. Here's the problem I found. They had two spaghetti sauces that were marked GF and no pasta to put them on. The gluten noodles were next to one of the sauces that was marked GF and there was a gluten noodle floating in it. So I figured I'd get a taco. They say ask for GF corn tortillas, so I did. Then I asked if the taco meat was GF and they said, no but the rice and beans are. Hmmmm. My suggestion is to have something that goes with these GF shells and spaghetti sauces.

This is a wonderful place for anyone who wants a delicious, healthy, all-you-can-eat meal. There is a huge salad bar, the largest I've ever seen. The GF salad dressings are labeled as are the prepared salads, the soups, and the items on the hot bar. Also, they always have fresh fruit, jello and an ice cream machine. There is always a meat I can have, vegetables, potatoes, often taco fixings. The price is a little high, but it includes everything. They do not charge for drinks like some buffets. This is truly my favorite place to eat in the Twin Cities area.
