There is not a gluten free menu, but servers seemed knowledgeable about allergies. BBQ sauce bottles were all labeled gluten free (spicy, sweet and original). I had the brisket, pork combo and added a hot link. Be sure and tell them not to bring you toast/bread with your plate. The baked beans have gluten, I ordered the coleslaw which is gluten free, dairy free and very good. I could have had broccoli, but I really don’t like it. All the food tasted great. The hot link was a nice size. The helpings of brisket were a little small, but I still had leftovers. I little pricy, but seemed typical for BBQ in an upper scale urban area and in a touristy spot. Also seemed good for celiacs and highly sensitive individuals. Good food & good service. I would go back here again! :D

All meat and sauces are gluten free. They do not have a dedicated fryer so you might not be able to have the fries or chips if that is a problem for you. Had the burnt ends which are very good. Ordered the 2 meat plate with the pork and the hot links with side of beans. When we told him I was gluten free the waiter informed us the plates normally come out on top of Texas toast but that he would have them remove the toast. When he wasn't sure if something was gluten free or not he went to double check. Would definitely come back.
