This is one of the best Qdoba’s. They do a lot of business and the food is always freshly cooked. You build your meal as you go through the line.

I actually work here. Great place. The only things with gluten are the obvious tortillas and deserts. HOWEVER, listed on the allergen list online, it says chips are made with corn tortillas. THIS IS WRONG. I have made the chips, and they are made with flour tortillas. I have rarely gotten sick from this place, but DO NOT TOUCH THE CHIPS.

Safest option here is to get a bowl. Some staff were not aware of what items had Gluten but, after I expressed my concerns with having Celiac several staff now remember me and ensure they take precautions. I always request glove changes and wipe surfaces when I stop.
