We ate here while traveling with our daughter. The manager was friendly and prepared her food himself to ensure it was safely prepared.

The owner / manager is very knowledgeable and very accommodating when I told him I was GF. I eat here often and the staff are always great.

The naked burrito is my son's favorite. The queso is gf but the chips are not.

I’ve gotten burrito bowls from here many times and have never gotten sick. No gluten-free menu in restaurant, but they have an allergen guide online that includes gluten (link below). I put “gluten allergy” next to my name when doing mobile order.

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Good

I could not determine what kind of seasoning is on the brown rice or the meats - they said several of the meats come pre seasoned. So I had a bowl with with white cilantro rice, black beans, pinto beans, grated cheese and guacamole. Very good. Probably other bowl ingredients would work but we were in a hurry and I couldn’t study the ingredients ahead of time.

Friendly staff and the chips are not flour, they are corn. Have had this over 30 times and not gotten sick. They are great about changing gloves or getting stuff from the back. Plus I like that the queso doesn't have gluten like Chipotle.

I just tried to eat here. The server had no idea what gluten free ment. He thought it was cheese and rice, after correcting him he said, "ya, ya that's right, and continued to say things that made me wonder. I asked if he's double check, and stepped aside to let him take a customer that has walked in. He then put on new gloves and rested his hands on the counter where a wheat tortillas had been on. I gave up and said thanks anyway.

The staff is really poorly trained on allergies at this qdoba. Even after asking for a glove change, the employee grabbed the same bowl she had already contaminated. When asked a simple question about which foods are safe for gluten free - the employee just said “our food has gluten in it”. Even though I can see on the website, they do have a list of gluten free options. Do not recommend this qdoba at all.
