I eat regularly at the Q'Doba in Menomonee Falls on Appleton ave, near County Line road. I frequently ask for clean gloves, and ask them not to touch the flour burrito shell before they grab a bowl. The person who has clean gloves will frequently take my bowl all the way down the line, which is nice... Occasionally they will touch their spoons on the burrito shells, and workers who have just made burritos will grab the cheese with their contaminated gloves, BUT I have never felt "glutened" EVER from ANY Q'Doba at which I've eaten, and this makes it my "Go To" fast food joint.
Knowledgeable about gluten free options. Will change gloves if you ask
Great quick food that's tasty and on the healthier end of the spectrum. Never had a cross contamination issue here since just about all of it is naturally GF (Mexican- type food).
I’ve had decent luck at this one (south county mall) but not so much at the Loughborough location. Some ingredients are reached in to by gloved hands — that touch other wheat products. I’m

This is one of the best Qdoba’s. They do a lot of business and the food is always freshly cooked. You build your meal as you go through the line.

I actually work here. Great place. The only things with gluten are the obvious tortillas and deserts. HOWEVER, listed on the allergen list online, it says chips are made with corn tortillas. THIS IS WRONG. I have made the chips, and they are made with flour tortillas. I have rarely gotten sick from this place, but DO NOT TOUCH THE CHIPS.

Safest option here is to get a bowl. Some staff were not aware of what items had Gluten but, after I expressed my concerns with having Celiac several staff now remember me and ensure they take precautions. I always request glove changes and wipe surfaces when I stop.
