Identified myself as celiac and ordered the yucca fries which were marked gf on the menu. Halfway into eating them the waitress came out and said they were not actually gluten free. Then she suddenly wasn't sure so she went to the chef to check. The chef said the yucca fries were gf but shared a fryer with other food that had gluten. So not really gluten free.
Restaurant was apologetic but focused more on comping the item, didn't really seem to get the health issue aspect. Wouldn't feel comfortable eating here again. Too bad because the food was pretty good.

This place is awesome. The staff were very attentive and informative. Most of the menu is gluten free by nature, and while it’s a bit pricey the portions are very hearty and the food is delicious. Speaking of all things “hearty,” I highly recommend the Anticucho de Corazon to anyone feeling adventurous :) Q’ero does South American well and we will definitely be coming back!

Great restaurant for gluten free and vegetarian. Flavorful food, great portions and great service. There menu has clear labels of gluten free items. It seems like the majority of their items were gluten free. I am vegetarian and gluten free and I had lots of menu items to choose from. Everything we ate was very tasty and seemed authentic. I would highly recommend this restaurant for gluten free diners and vegetarians .
