The people are very nice. Unfortunately, their only food options for gluten-free foods were their dinner salad or a bowl of green chili with corn chips. They do not have a dedicated frier or kitchen surfaces that can be free of flour.
No
We asked if the tortillas were corn or wheat and they couldn't determine the ingredients. We also asked if the green chili was made with wheat flour and we were told that all the sauces contained gluten. So we ordered Mexican style salads without the shell. The meat was dry and there were no beans in the salad as advertised. The staff was very friendly but the meal left a lot to be desired.
They had several items on the menu clearly marked GF. They knew their stuff. Had the Japanese ribs and Parmesan fries. They had a dedicated fryer. Great
