Amazing service, food, and knowledge about allergies!!! Fancier atmosphere and a little more pricy but would definitely go back. Great experience!

Had the braised beef with polenta and the potatoes. All were excellent. Also had the calimari steak appetizer. They had cider. Server and runners were very celiac aware. Have a GF cheesecake for dessert that was good. Expensive/nice restaurant

The wait staff here are amazing - thorough knowledge of what’s required for celiac safe meals, confirmation with the kitchen if any questions, every course served by stating “celiac safe” and name of dish. Most of the menu was marked gluten free; gluten free pasta available (confirmed separate water, utensils, cookware). Felt safe and was safe! Oh and the food was wildly delicious as well 😋

I had the truffle pasta and it was to die for! Second best pasta I’ve had since being celiac (including 2 weeks in Italy!)- very friendly service, wide about celiacs!

Quattro has designated gf symbols on their menu but they actually don’t mention all their pasta dishes can be made with gluten free pasta. Staff was very knowledgeable and my pasta was amazing and I didn’t get sick after. I am very sensitive celiac and would highly recommend! There were a lot of options on their menu gluten free or can be made gluten free!

Update 12/20/2020: management and menu have changed since I wrote this review. Please confirm with staff if you visit as I have not yet tried the new menu under new ownership. — The staff are knowledgeable about Celiac and cross contamination plus there are plenty of options. During certain times of year they even have a three course meal deal that I could eat GF!

Although it wasn’t the best Italian food we’ve ever had, Quattro’s gf menu was extensive and they seemed to understand cross-contamination. When ordering, our waiter asked gluten-free or celiac... My son had gf penne and did not get sick. They also have a nice kids’ menu.
