I asked and they do NOT have a dedicated fryer. We brought our own chips. The sever didn’t know what celiac/gluten was but the manager seemed more knowledgeable. He offered to clean the griddle for us. The sever wanted to help even though he didn’t really understand. Food was tasty and we didn’t get sick.
