Dined on a sunday evening. Ordered guac and Chips, which are gluten free. Servers didnt seem too familiar with gluten free, but manager came back to the table to double check the "allergy". She made sure to have the kitchen use a separate pan for tortillas. I ordered the chicken enchiladas. Overall good, just advocate clearly for yourself.
