The person behind the counter was knowledgeable about celiac. Stated the fries were fried in a dedicated fryer but the sauces can’t be guaranteed to be GF. My daughter was craving fries so she had plain fries. So if you’re traveling and just craving fries you can stop here. Also packaged in a convenient paper cone.
