we went into this place for regular stroopwaffles for my sister and stumbled upon a premade bag labelled gluten free and lactose free that comes with 8 small stroopwaffles. I spoke to the person working and she says it’s prepared separatley and it has no gluten. she said they would never label it so if it had touched gluten. I was so happy to get to try one! It isn’t hot or anything but still exciting. she did offer to add chocolate to the outside but i didn’t want to potentially ruin the uncontaminated food.
