There’s something not quite right about being in Spain and ending up in a place that tries so hard to feel like you never left the U.S. The possibility of a GF bun was literally the only thing they had for celiacs, called the celiaco hamburger, and did not sit well with me. My experience is, ask in places not listed for “comidas sin gluten”, you will find people are very helpful and you will discover much better options in genuine Spanish food.
