Queology Barbecue

I hate to write a less than stellar review, but when it comes to allergies I feel like transparency is really important. I got very sick after eating here and would highly recommend staying away.

I called ahead to discuss my options and was told I would be able to eat pretty much everything but the mustard sauce, saying they were cautious about allergies. The person on the phone even told me they had gluten free buns. After asking a few more questions I realized this claim to be false as they have potato buns with wheat flour and little knowledge about gluten. Upon arriving I realized that my options were very limited. Only one sauce is supposedly gluten free, and the waiter said he marked my meal noting an allergy. I ordered the pulled pork platter with Cole slaw and potato salad. When my food arrived it was not only dry and over cooked pulled pork but they had put two slider buns directly on top of my meat. It’s a shame to spend so much money on a meal for our family that was disappointing for everyone and made me sick.
