They have burrito bowls there. Lettuce, rice, Beef Barbacoa(and other meats to choose), and different toppings. Cilantro on top is excellent. It's a quick fast food style place to go on a lunch break.

I checked the website for the allergen menu before going to Quesada. It was easy to access and read. I decided to order a burrito bowl. When I got to the restaurant, they refused to comply with a couple of my requests to try to avoid obvious cross contamination. I won't go back, and do not recommend if you are worried about cross contamination.

Excellent care to provide gluten-free burrito salad. They change their gloves and utensils as well. Have been eating there regularly for over a year and have never been sick.

This location handled my celiac order well. You can get a burrito bowl or the hard shell tacos gluten free. I always get the hard shell tacos. Quesada has a policy that employees do not touch spoons to the flour tortillas so in general items on the line should be safe. Depending on the location and how they answer my questions, sometimes I’ll ask for fresh chicken/ toppings and sometimes I trust the line. Today I ate the chicken, and toppings from the line because I could tell the lady knew proper allergen protocols but always ask about cross contact!! Hard shell spicy chicken tacos are the way to go! (All sauces are also gluten free)

There are gluten free items on the menu - you can get a bowl or the hard shell tacos are gluten free. I had the spicy chicken - Hiren was very helpful in making sure it was made safely. He assured me the chicken would be safe from the line as they are trained not touch gluten burritos with the spoons but he still warmed me chicken from the back to be extra safe. He was also willing to get fresh toppings but I was only getting cheese and tomato and so I was okay with those from the line. I would eat here again.

Quesada is my favourite spot in town (Hebron way location is the best for gluten free). Staff are very knowledgeable, will change gloves and get fresh toppings from the back. You can get a burrito bowl or hard shell tacos and all proteins are gluten free. The queso is also awesome. Highly recommend!
