The staff was eager to help and make sure I was safe but she Informed me at the Plainfield location that everything is fried in the same fryer so chips are not safe nor is anything fried. Imagine my disappointment. I chose enchiladas. The menu is marked gluten free so beware!!

Many things are Gluten Free even the chips. The Flatus are amazing as well

The nachos and several other menu items are gluten free. The fresh nacho chips are fried in dedicated gf fryers. My server was knowledgeable about Celiac and cross contamination.
