We ordered three arepas and shared plantains. Our group really liked the Reina Pepiada, which was like a chicken salad with cilantro crema. Everything was absolutely delicious! The facility is gluten free when we went, and I felt safe eating here.

Unbelievably good. Have the plantains in something or on something. We split the Riena Pepiada and the Pabellon. Riena is light very summery meal, amazing flavors. Pabellon is earthy, very fall in your mouth. Definitely coming back again and again. - I have an anaphylactic reaction to wheat, no issues, so nice to have a great go to, and something different.

Whole booth is GF! The arepas are huge, but good. One of mine was really cold to the point that the cheese didn’t even melt so unfortunately I didn’t get to eat that one. The taste was okay and I didn’t have a reaction!

Can’t go wrong with this 100% gluten free place!! The guys were helpful in answering questions and my non-gluten free friend’s were impressed as well!! We tried the salmon, chicken, and beef arepas. They were all delicious!!! The beef was our favorite though! In a super nice collective eatery and there is another dedicated bowl place in there too!

This walk-up counter establishment is inside a collective of other restaurants. The vibe inside was fun and loud. At Quiero Arepas, the service was poor but the food was delicious. We ordered 3 different arepas sandwiches and a side of fried plantains, which had a small amount of cheese and green avocado-cilantro salsa on top (which I had not expected but which was very good). We also order passion fruit juice which was refreshing and sweet but not too sweet. The sandwiches we ordered were the Reina Pepiada (chicken/avocado/citrus Mayo), Pollo Guisado (marinated chicken), and Pabellon (marinated beef). My favorite was the Pabellon but all were good. What I did not care for was the surly large man with a bald head that took our order. I have a 10-year old daughter with celiac disease. We don’t have a lot of options to eat out where we live, so we were all really excited to be in Denver and try this place. My daughter is a pretty adventurous eater, but she has had a couple of bad experiences being glutened when eating a sandwich. So she has developed. A little aversion to sandwiches. She will eat them deconstructed. It’s weird, I know. But, how big of a deal is it to just not put the sandwich together and serve all the ingredients on the side? Well, apparently it’s too difficult, because Mr. Surly Sour Face interrupted me before I could finish my request and said “No. We don’t do that.” It was delivered with such a finality and “case closed” attitude that I didn’t even try to go further. I ordered for my daughter anyway, but she wouldn’t eat it. It was so frustrating because I work so hard to provide good eating experiences for my daughter and this all just went to *!?$”* I was mad I paid a bunch of money to Uber there, mad at Mr. Surly, and unfairly mad at my daughter. So, although the food was very good, I will skip this place on my next trip to Denver. A gluten-free place that can’t accommodate a simple request from a little girl with celiac disease? No thank you.

It is so nice to get food from a restaurant that is completely gluten free. The arepas were very good. The atmosphere at Avanti is fun. It's a great place to go with friends who are not allergic to gluten because everybody can get what they want and then eat together.

One of my favorite places to eat! I can't have dairy or gluten so I get the pollo guisado - it's so filling and very tasty. Highly recommend! It's in a shared space (Avanti) so it's great for meeting up with friends who don't have dietary restrictions and can eat at the other restaurants in the hall. It can get crowded at times, but I've always been able to find seating.

I’ve read a lot of good reviews about this place and the food was ok but the rude large guy with glasses kind of ruined the experience. Anyone with food allergies especially celiac understands that it’s important to ask questions but that guy had zero patience for that. “It’s just a sauce” was the answer I got when I asked about what was in it. Pass on this place and go to Bowls by KO right next to them instead.

Dedicated GF facility. I got the chicken arepa with the avocado sauce. I wasn’t a fan of the flavor because it was solely shredded chicken, avocado sauce and cheese, A LOT of it. I think if I had got something else I would’ve liked this place better. I’d go back.

100% GF and so flavorful. We Had the El Caribe and the Pollo Guisado (both are most popular)and side of plantains. Cheesy, well seasoned, black beans and a potato like bread. Delivered like a sandwich, eat with fork and make sure you get lots of napkins. One sandwich can feed 2 with order of plantains. If leftovers, get a to go container from one of the other food hall vendors. So so so good and very safe for celiacs

I wanted to try arepas for a while. These are great. Arepa is packed into paper holder, so you don’t touch food. Big sign saying entire facility is GF. My friend described Avanti as Bro-Town, so the environment isn’t clean or kid friendly. Parking is a challenge. Worth it for the passion fruit juice alone. No reaction. Celiac.
