Gluten free items kept in a separate glass display case inspires confidence. It's an airport Cafe so expect high turn over of staff, and maybe not best cross contamination practices. But I saw them being very good about their handling practices, and probably the best range I've seen at a Cafe that is not a GF only Cafe. Very good.

Small gluten free selection of croissants, toasties and muffins. All in a separate cabinet. They have to use the same grill as regular food but popped my toastie in a paper bag to avoid cross contamination.

Amazing separate cabinet of GF selections such as ham & cheese croissant, breakfast burger, muffins, and sweets. They use the same oven but you can ask them to put it on new paper etc

They have gluten free and appear to understand the need to not cross contaminate , but they still delivered the item which was not gluten free to eat! Need to make sure who gets the food gets the correct item. Very disappointed.
