I have celiac and have eaten there 4 times. 3 times didn’t get sick. Recently I got very sick.. I do however blame the waitress. She told me that “bloody Mary’s would never have gluten in them because gluten is flour…..” so I should have known then. I believe the actual kitchen staff takes good precautions if the waiter is knowledgeable to let them know correctly about the gluten allergy. Proceed with caution.

Quince staff was very cautious and helpful. We shared the Peruvian cheese fries Austin style and the sliced Strip steak over polenta and it was delicious! We were full but I always like to look at the desert menu just in case something GF hits me AND it did….raspberry crème brûlée was unbelievable!!

They have an extensive GF menu. We went for dinner. I had the filet over risotto and my husband had the short ribs with a red wine reduction. He swapped the hummus for mashed potatoes. Some of the best food I have had out in a long time. Posting this a day later and did not get sick.
