We ordered the veggie pizza with cauliflower crust. When we opened the box, I was surprised to see air pockets in the crust as most cauliflower crusts don’t look that way. Wanting to make sure it was really gluten-free, we called the restaurant. Staff associate reassured us it was gluten-free and that they make certain that their crust is free from cross contamination. I gladly tried the gluten-free pizza and thoroughly enjoyed the crust; it felt like I was eating a normal pizza crust because it was the thickest gluten-free crust I’ve had from a restaurant. Yum!!!!
