Had a great experience here. They were extremely knowledgeable and when I ordered the waitress told me she'll make sure she hits the celiac button. Upon ordering she even yelled into the kitchen "gluten free order coming in".
The food was good. I had pizza while there and ordered the eggplant rollatini to go and it was delicious.
We plan on going back a night just for dessert
I was skeptical at first, but I’m sold. Definitely 5 stars on the pizza and chicken tenders. I’ll be back!
Update: I may or may not have eaten here two nights in a row… :) it’s good!
This is hands down the BEST pizza I have had since going gluten free over 15 yeats ago! We also got the chicken tenders- also GF and delicious! Server very knowledgeable and helpful!
Staff trained on celiac. They have a separate oven for gluten free. The pizza and chicken strips and chips and delicious! They import ingredients from Italy for their pizza dough. Soo worth the money and sooo good! My gluten eating husband was surprised it was actually gf!
I had the Umbria GF pizza. I asked the waiter about where the GF pizzas are cooked and he said they’re cooked in the left oven (they have two). It was very good with a little black char on one edge (which I love!) I think they either added oil to the crust before adding the toppings, or the crust was very wet because a lot of the toppings pulled off right away when you started eating. Still worth it.
Amazing food and service! Had gf chicken strips with kettle fries, eggplant collating, and the focaccia bread. No bloating, no reaction, amazing service. Took a gf vanilla custardy thing with strawberry sauce home to try after awhile. Expect it to be great too. Almost everything can be done gf in fully separate cooking. If any cross contamination happens I react In 30 minutes.
We had a fantastic experience. We loved the gluten free focaccia and pizza. The staff was friendly and they had plenty of choices. All pizza toppings except meatballs are gluten free. They also have gluten free chicken strips and chips and desserts (we did not try these). If we lived closer this would be a regular spot for us.
A little pricey but TOTALLY worth it. I almost felt just like any normal customer with no allergies. I was able to just order, I didn’t even have to ask questions because the moment I ordered the GF focaccia bread (bread!!!! ) the very kind and knowledgeable waitress told me everything about how they do their GF food and what she recommended. Not to mention it was absolutely delicious!
Gluten free pizza crust is the best I have ever had. Everyone very knowledgeable about a dedicated space and changing gloves so no cross contamination. We ordered one regular margarita pizza, lemon cello wings, and one GF margarita pizza. You either have to order a full separate focaccia order with the wings or get no focaccia for it to be GF. We had the food delivered and they didn’t mark which pizza was GF so we had to call. Otherwise great experience and I didn’t get sick!
Stopped in both times through Casper. Excellent pizza. Pizza goes into it’s own oven. Will be back.
Stopped in both times through Casper again in July 2022. Best pizza ever. A great combo is a few glasses of Cabernet, pizza and lemonchellos for dessert. Recommend anyone with Celiac to stop in. You will not be sorry.
You all did NOT steer me wrong. This place is amazing. I ordered for delivery to my hotel because I'm just breezing through town and saw these reviews. I'm from Chicago so when it comes to gluten free pizza, I'm sort of a snob and expected "really good but not great..." I'm here to tell you all, this is a *great* Gluten free pizza.
I'm so, so, so happy right now. I talked to Byron on the phone who geeked out over the gluten free crust and how it's made. I told him another reviewer mentioned him being really well versed on the topic and he beamed. If you come here, ask for Byron.
Byron was our waiter tonight and he was fabulous! He was very knowledgeable about the gluten free options they had and made us feel very comfortable that they food was going to be safe for our celiac daughter. The gf pizza was delicious. The crust was soft and chewy which is hard to accomplish with gf crust. Delicious food and friendly service.
This is hands down the most amazing gluten free pizza I have ever had. Any of the pizzas could be made with a gluten free crust. The crust was fluffy and delicious. They even had gluten free focaccia bread. The food was prepared separately in a dedicated gluten free oven. As someone with Celiac, I felt incredibly comfortable eating here. I would highly recommended this place!
You must eat here!!! Pizza is amazing. Homemade crust ordered online and delivered to my hotel. My glutenfull husband said this may be the best pizza he’s ever had and definitely the best gf pizza he’s ever had. They marked the boxes GF for delivery. So good. You won’t be disappointed!
This is the BEST gluten free pizza that I have ever had (exactly like when we were in Italy). We were on a road trip and staying in Casper for the night and we ordered take-out. When I opened the box, I was a little nervous because it looks like the REAL DEAL Italian pizza. I went to the website again and read the comments about it all… yes, this is the gluten free crust they’re talking about! IT WAS SO GOOD! I only wish we didn’t live 6 hours away. We’re coming back just for this pizza! Serious! The Caesar salad was exceptional as well, fresh lettuce, homemade dressing to perfection. We also ordered the Eggplant Rollatini and it was SOO good! Thank you!!!!
I ordered a gluten free pizza and the gluten free focaccia. The pizza was really good, tested safe with my Nima, and I didn't get sick. The texture of the gluten free pizza was great and is much closer to normal pizza than most gluten free pizza I've had. They have a dedicated gluten free oven and the oven adds some charring that has a great flavor. The focaccia wasn't very good.
This is the best gluten free crust I have ever had and I’ve had A LOT. They get their gf flour from Italy. I was so pleased to find this in Casper...they have a sister restaurant in Denver I used to go to but wasn’t expecting high quality gf pizza in such a small city.
Love the pizza!! They understand gluten free. Never had any reaction. Eat there whenever we come to Casper.
As a newly diagnosed celiac, I was afraid I would never get to eat a good pizza again. However, I was so surprised with the GF pizza here! My dad ordered a normal pizza, but said that the gluten free one was better! I definitely felt comfortable eating here because of how familiar the staff was with my disease.
